I wanted to let you know how pleased we are with our Pond Solution 28-3000. I'll admit I was skeptical,since we had tried many times to clear up our water with miserable results. Plus, reaching 115 down here is very common. I think I've had almost every mishap one can make with a pond. Anyway we installed the Pond Solution several months ago,and diligently cleaned the pads every week(in the beginning)After three weeks we noticed a very minor clearing,but nothing of note. The next three weeks,took our breath-and a lot of muck in our pond away. We were amazed at the difference. Two weeks after that(8 weeks total),our pond water looked like something out of a magazine-it looked as clear as most pools,if not more than. To this day,our pond remains absolutely crystal clear and full of vibrant,happy,healthy fish. We intend to recommend your system to any fellow koi keepers down our way.

Dear Rick and Amy ,
I am sending you this letter because you both deserve my heartfelt thanks for the way in which you solved my pond problem.
I reside in the southern most part of Utah,where summer temperatures can reach 114 degrees.I have an outside pond which is stocked with three Koi,which
must be pretty strong fish, as I had'nt managed to kill them off when I called you for help. My pond became a petri dish this summer. I had a real pea-souper going. I could'nt see my pump,the bottom of my pond or my fish.
As you can imagine, I had used every chemical known to man, and nothing would clean up my water.
I pulled my fish out,and with my neighbor's help drained and cleaned my pond twice. Within three days I had pea-soup again. I was out of options, except to sell my fish,when my neighbor found your website on the internet.
I(and my helpful neighbor) installed your filter upon receipt,and the magic began. We finished about 9 in the evening, and when I went out to check the water at midnight I could already see my pump located in the deepest part of the pond!(by flashlight).
It has been clear as a bell ever since. I can tell my fish are as delighted as I am. Honestly, I would'nt have believed how quickly and well this product works if I had'nt seen it for myself.

You have got to include my testimonial on the pond solution website. I finally fired up my solution system combo 2 at 7:30 Last night(8-31-07) But before I did I unplugged my 57 watt uv and measured approx. 12 inches of visibility.
Like a kid on Christmas morning, I woke at 7:00 am today to see what results I would find. As excepted I could see 1/4 inch gravel on the bottom of my four foot deep pond clearly after only 12 hours of usage .
For those reading this my pond is 5800 gallons and I am running a 1/2 h.p. Sequence pump (also bought from the pond solution) that is super quiet.

My water is now crystal clear!
On May 15th this year we built a 550 gallon quarantine for new fish arrivals. Installed a Fish Mate 2000 pressurized filter and UV light system with a 1,500 gph pump. We placed 4 small koi in the tank and used a high quality bio-powder to get the bugs up and running. The water was beautiful for about two weeks and then began to turn cloudy. Thereafter even with weekly 15%-20% water changes, we could not get the water clear. We removed fish for a week and did a 50% water change, did not help. Conditions continued to deteriorate. Finally made a phone call to Rick Oct. 6th. And after much discussion, purchased a 7-500 solution system. It arrived on the 10th and was installed on the 11th. The water began to clear in three hours. By the next morning, it was crystal clear. We could look down and see all four little ones happily swimming around and it has remained that way to date. If you ever need a recommendation for your product please do not hesitate to call on me. I have never seen anything work so fast. Thank you so much for delivering a product that really works.

Every cent I spent was worth it.
I had an ultraviolet and couldn't see my fish. Put your system in and every cent I spent was worth it, it's a miracle! I'm afraid to turn off my UV but i will one day find the courage. My Water Is So Clear I Can Finally See My Fish!
Let me start out by thanking you for letting me enjoy my beautiful pond finally. My pond is 6000 gallons and has over 60 fish with some of them over 28 inches. For over 18 months I fought with water clarity. I never lost a fish but it got very hard to see them. Perfect Water with NO backwashing - Ever!
1200 gallons of perfection always clear but had to backwash twice a week. After reading about The Solution System, I removed all my equipment (bead filter and 57 watt UV)and installed a 21-2000 and now my water is perfect and I never have to backwash and can go 30 days without cleaning the filter. When I first started I did clean every two weeks for about 2 months.

Loving My Pond!
I converted my pool into a 15,000-gallon koi pond and for the first year I had nothing but grief. Green and murky water then I put $2500 in ultraviolet lights had some improvement but not enough, then another $2500 ultra violet light and again some improvement but not perfect. Installed 2 Solution 28-3000’s as pre-filter and within one week my water was a clear as I could ever hoped for. Loving my pond and loving the fact I don’t have to backwash any more.

My Water is as Clear As My Pool!
My pond is 1500 gallons and my water was always clear, but I put a Solution 21-2000 on to reduce my backwashing and by the third night I realized that my water was as clear as my pool. The lights at night always showed lots of particulate and now its crystal clear.

I Can Finally See My Fish Again - Thanks!
I wish I had found out about the solution system a little bit sooner because I built a 1000 gallon pond (aquascape system) that was always green or brown never could see fish unless feeding them. I had the solution 21-2000 installed and after one week the water clear and I can see my fish again. Thanks pond solution.

Jack and I would like to thank you for making our lives so much easier. Before you installed The Pond Solution 21-2000 I had to backwash almost daily and the water was never clear or clean. Sometimes it got so bad I couldn’t see my fish. Since the system was installed the water is not only clean and clear, I don’t have to backwash or clean the filter for 4-6 weeks. It’s just great.
